In short: the numbers you type into our calculators stay in your browser. We don't store them or send them anywhere. If you join our email or text list, we keep your contact details and the option you choose so we can send relevant messages, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
NetTakeHome (nettakehome.com) offers free financial calculators and guides for gig workers, freelancers and small business owners. NetTakeHome is operated by VAMO Digital. "We," "us" and "our" refer to VAMO Digital as the operator of NetTakeHome. You can contact us at hello@nettakehome.com.
Calculations run entirely in your web browser. The income, expense and tax figures you enter are not saved, sent to our server, or shared with anyone.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent your email address. Our email and text messaging provider stores this information on our behalf.
If you opt in to text messages, VAMO Digital will send, under the NetTakeHome name, important tax dates and related tax information to the number you provide, such as reminders before quarterly estimated tax deadlines. We will ask for your permission separately before sending any other kind of text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
If you subscribe, we may note which calculators, topics and recommended products you use on our site, so we can send you emails that match your interests. To do this, we give your subscription a random ID and save it in your browser. Links in our emails include that ID so we recognize you on other devices. It is not your name, email address or phone number.
If you use our article request form, what you enter is emailed to us at hello@nettakehome.com and isn't stored on our website. To limit repeat submissions, our server briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with the time, and deletes it within an hour. We use your details only to reply about your request.
The free calculators that other websites embed from us set no cookies, use no browser storage, and send nothing to analytics. Your browser does request them from our server, like any web page.
We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and for subscribers a random ID saved in your browser, described above. We do not use advertising cookies, and Google's advertising features are turned off for this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. When you click an affiliate link, the partner company or its affiliate network may place a cookie in your browser to record that you came from our site. That cookie is set by them and governed by their privacy policy, not ours. NetTakeHome itself does not set advertising cookies. The only cookies we use are Google Analytics cookies, described above. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting, email and text messaging providers, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, including the rights described above for California and Europe. Contact us and we will respond as required.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
